Choosing the Right Pill to Treat ED

Erectile dysfunction, lack of interest, and premature ejaculation are the most common sexual dysfunctions among men. The latter includes mild, moderate, and complete forms of ED, which affect 52% of men between the ages of 40 and 70.

Natural or actual reasons for sexual brokenness in men incorporate vascular, hormonal and neurologic variables. Regarding vascular causes, erectile dysfunction is also associated with risk factors for atherosclerosis, which include smoking, high blood pressure, diabetes (diabetes do not respond well to pills like sildenafil (Viagra)), and high cholesterol. Bicycling is also considered a risk factor for erectile dysfunction due to the fact that straddle injuries or the use of a narrow saddle can obstruct and impair the arteries that supply the penis.

Endocrine factors have received little attention. Desire, arousal, and orgasmic function are all influenced by testosterone. The integrity of genital sensory receptors is altered by testosterone, which affects the orgasmic response. The effectiveness of sildenafil (Viagra) may be affected by decreased testosterone levels in the blood in relation to the arousal response. The patient's dosage should first be checked by the doctor if the sildenafil response is not consistently improving erection. Additionally, the patient's testosterone level should be checked by the doctor. Patients with low testosterone who did not respond to sildenafil (Viagra) were treated with testosterone by an Italian researcher. Following the administration of sildenafil (Viagra) and daily testosterone, IIEF (the International Index of Erectile Function questionnaire used to measure erectile function) scores significantly improved.

Neurologic conditions like multiple sclerosis and stroke, depression, and medications to treat diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, and depression are additional risk factors for erectile dysfunction.

Although there are numerous oral treatments for erectile dysfunction, the PDE 5 enzyme fildena double 200 (Viagra) is the only medication that has been approved in the United States. Some unapproved treatments, such as tadalafil (Cialis), vardenafil (Levitra), yohimbine, phentolamine, trazodone, apomorphine, and neutraceuticals, are available in the United States and elsewhere. Some of these treatments have data proving their efficacy, while others do not. With sexual stimulation, PDE5 inhibitors relax penile erectile tissues, improving your ability to erection. Sixty-nine percent of people with erectile dysfunction respond well to Sildenafil (Viagra). Why is a second pill necessary? The erection may not be strong enough in some instances, and sildenafil (Viagra) may not always be effective.
